Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cp1500 platform via our website, mobile app, or any other device, you expressly and implicitly agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cp1500 ("Platform").

Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above who have reached the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of cp1500 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without compensation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the cp1500 support team immediately via email [email protected]. cp1500 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Documents that may be requested include a valid national ID or passport, as well as proof of current address.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a cp1500 user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates the law, misuses the platform, or disrupts the experience of other users. Prohibited activities include:

Using software, bots, or automated scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the system.
Impersonating or misrepresenting yourself as another user.

Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Cp1500 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or referral to the relevant authorities.

Payment & MYR Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the cp1500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including DuitNow and digital wallets listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the current limits before making any transaction.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification is complete and all rollover requirements (where applicable to a bonus) have been met. cp1500 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security verification purposes or investigation of suspected suspicious activity.

Any transaction errors must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. cp1500 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and rollover requirements as stated at the time of the promotion. Misuse of bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim repeated registration bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and account action.

The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of absolute reliability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cp1500 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of cp1500 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

Cp1500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or a request from legal authorities. In cases of closure due to a violation, account balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Third-Party Links

The cp1500 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. cp1500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the process established by the platform.
